Say they get 7.5-15% commission on this 2 Billion in PPE products they are supplying and distributing.

That is still 150-300 Million dollars in revenue

making the company worth 10-20 cents at least just based on that commission.

If all 2B is going through OPTI and they are getting the profit margins on the products then its huge.

In 8K strongly and directly named OPTI as the company in deal for $2 billion.
and in your way if it is why do you think "the commission is %1"?!!
Usually the commission for this kind job is between %5 to %8.
But again when there is a company which it has product by itself and has power for depot and storage then even is better to get margin and profit.
