I think they got a settlement, not what they wanted but they got something, and will continue other avenues whatever that may be imo

Perhaps it is a matter of differentiating of what Pericles would be happy with from what shareholders would be happy with. They stole his life work, big companies profited up to $20 BILLION or more from his technology....he has been in court for a decade and it ruined his marriage. What is justice to him? Would he be happy with $25 million after they profited tens of billions? $100M? $500M. We do not know what is in Pericle's mind as to what is justice.

You need to do more DD. They got a settlement in the DUTRO portion of the case

They wanted justice from ALL defendants involved. Many would be in the second/third named trials, and RICO past that. This hindered their pursuit of RICO

That doesn't mean Dutro couldn't have settled with them for a decent payout, Dutro is a wealthy company
