I’m in. Kelly, I spoke to my aunt. She’s getting her house ready to sell, planning to move back to Ventura, Ca to live with her daughter.
It’s a damned nice house that my uncle built to withstand a Cat 4 hurricane. Great view of the ocean, and the Zippers surf spot. Can’t beat it. House has 3 rental apartments on bottom floor with a swimming pool and and nice 2 bedroom house above with a killer kitchen/living room/patio overlooking the view.
I hope Paso hits big so I can buy it from her. Would love to see it stay in the family.
