BUDT was a shell. EAXR spent several hundred thousand dollars on the shell, merged the private company in, changed the name and symbol, and that's how they became public. It's also why the old management of BUDT resigned and the new management is EAXR's management team. Also, to get two years audits done, so they can be fully reporting, legal and accounting fees have to be over $50,000.
