Thought you already knew? It's NOT a merger. It's a "Joint venture"...Thus whatever revenue if any that Fincann has won't be shared or go to INQD AT ALL. So, stop posting false info BP...you know better than that. This "joint venture" is only a vessel to give Fincann's and/or Electrum's shareholders an "exit plan" (by their own words) to cash out the junk they bought into.
