I don't think that is just in medicine, it seems it is the way of the world in all areas nowadays.

To make my point, name a body of leaders/ those in charge of any sector in the world and tell me which one(s) you trust. Most will answer the question as none.

I use to say the military - now I say the military up to flag rank and when they get to that level they are as political as all other cadres of powerful leaders. Power does seem to corrupt.
