BRTXQ--Why do they have to do it?

As I have stated previously and is publicly verifiable. What happened last Friday was NOT A MATERIAL event. If they issue an 8K, GREAT, I am ALL FOR IT. But I knew, people would focus on this issue, when it IS NOT A MATERIAL EVENT. November 16th's POR effectiveness IS A MATERIAL EVENT, and that will unequivocally be the subject of an 8K.

I ABSOLUTELY predicted this would be a NON -ISSUE, somehow turned into an issue from those seeking lower prices.
