There is guaranteed dilution - the Judge can Order OWCP to increase the A/S to accommodate the DGF conversion.

I am posting about a Q company where the Judge Ordered the company to increase the A/S to 300 Billion.

OWCP still hasn't filed the 10-K.

Turner can't obtain a Quorum (which I am skeptical) - he still hasn't posted the big Business Plan. I am sure his minion will have some lame ass excuse.
