That's been there for 2 or 3 days now, under VNDM, thought it was a fluke, but I think they are serious, could be anything under 6 cents is a buy, toss in broker fees, we will see how it plays out

Their fishing for retail, of course, just before fins, could make some big money, but if nobody is selling then they will have to Ask, lol, could be left behind
