I think a lot of these FDA requests can be done in short order...

I don't see in the Kenny PR pump where he said it would be done in short order, while defining a time frame.

Instead he said:

Since the FDA’s letter included a lengthy list of items and several preclinical studies, at this time it’s impossible to say when the company will be in a position to submit a complete response to the FDA

He's telling SHs the time frame is open ended. As in in-determinant.

That's right "Kenny-in-a-Box" has escaped from the Box! SHs need to issue an APB for Kenny, and his time frame.
