What has changed?...we knew FDA had a list of items to be addressed?

What should have changed was the SH perception the reason for the Hold was something simple. Easily taken care of in a few weeks at most. Kenny just told SHs the time frame is open ended. Try years.

The sub-perception of SHs was that since it would be soooo simple to take care of (e.g. just gotta educate the FDA on this wonderful new technology! LOL), that the current cash would be enough to stage the CT. Kenny will burn thru the cash tinkering around with pre-clinical. Besides isn't he due for another raise? More stock dilution coming about 3-6 months out.
