Exactly Paulie, hence my main reason for not sticking around and getting attacked for wondering when much needed clarity of all the relevant facts would arrive.

Everything could be 100% fine behind the scenes...but exactly as you say, only BW, JG and the CLX consortium know those FACTS cheers!
