That is complete nonsense - and isn't germane to CCTL.

This isn't accurate as CCTL is a Public Company - it isn't an investment company. This is a complete lack of understanding of securities law - "Regulation prohibits them from growing Crypto assets to more than 40% or their total assets"

This was posted:

"Regulation prohibits them from growing Crypto assets to more than 40% or their total assets, thus the reason for Acquisitions...CCTL will have to Morph into a Holding Company, Like DPW."

"We are not engaged in the business of investing, reinvesting, or trading in securities, and we do not hold ourselves out as being engaged in those activities. Under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), however, a company may be deemed an investment company under Section 3(a)(1)(C) of the 1940 Act if the value of its investment securities is more than 40% of its total assets (exclusive of government securities and cash items) on a consolidated basis"

According to the SEC:

"An investment company invests the money it receives from investors on a collective basis, and each investor shares in the profits and losses in proportion to the investor's interest in the investment company...

The federal securities laws categorize investment companies into three basic types:

Mutual funds (legally known as open-end companies);

Closed-end funds (legally known as closed-end companies);

UITs (legally known as unit investment trusts)."

As everyone can see CCTL isn't an investment company.
