down trend would be broken once the stock creates a higher high. but that doesn't necessarily mean it's then in an uptrend. just means the down trend is broken. a series of higher hi's/lows would create a trend change.
but honestly this stock is mostly event driven. chart analysis is of limited value imo. good luck.
Well said. Hind site is 20/20. The coulda shoulda woulda game is for the insane. The exit strategy is the most difficult part of any investment. Unfortunately the majority of the time it’s not as simple as waiting for a buy out because most of the time it never happens.
