The only thing that's never made sense is the 5 material announcements put out about 1 dividend...while simultaneous dilution has been occurring through mm ALPS ever since the surprise September 1st dividend news was issued in the 1st place.
It's illogical why any Restricted 144 shareholders would abruptly decide that September 1st forward was a good time for them to start depositing and clearing stock that they could've done so months before, but had chosen not to.
