You are correct. Looks like they did a RS and diluted to raise funds, then applied to NASDAQ for up-listing, before ultimately filing for bankruptcy. They were never on NASDAQ. I assume they will do this all again but will ultimately be successful with the up-listing (how that affects the current pps is anyones guess)
