But they disappeared before and always caught up in the filings...the SS has changed only by ~5% in years...I'm buying more now with the unrestricted shares under 100M and the pps under a penny...extremely high reward/risk ratio...can it fall to 004 - maybe, but can it go to 10cent in no time HECK, YES

Yeah, this is crazy. I emailed the company back in July, and someone emailed back with the initials FB, who I assumed was Fabricio Bosticco, the President and majority shareholder out of Rome. He explained the focus of the company and their plan to expand into the U.S. and Canada,that they had filed with the DTCC, and that the lousy stock price was due to illegitimate short selling, which he said he was told would be rectified with increased volume. That gave me hope, because I had lost a ton of money in this, but we really have heard nothing since then. The only comfort I have now is they seem to be up to date on their filings.
