If the DA isn’t signed it’s not JG’s fault. Also if Bruce told us it’s still being worked out then it is. If that was a lie then he can be held accountable. If he put out that PR and CLX didn’t squash it then it’s safe to assume things are still in the works. Obviously it’s less likely to go through than before but if it’s still on as of that PR then shares this cheap are lucky for those who waited to buy.
