There has been additional updates on OTCMarkets since the last time I looked a few days ago. I have to believe this is front loading by someone or a group.
One thing I have learned over the years trading in the OTC is that there is always someone who knows a whole lot more than everyone else. I believe that someone is very bullish on what is going on here.
