Nope, it's totally unrelated. It only deals with the Rop plaintfiffs and not the Collins plaintiffs.

If the issues in Ropi are similar to Collins, end nws, return stolen capital, amend SPSA, then that would moot all other cases wouldn't it?

MC said one time that the lawsuits could go away. Maybe the Administration is hedging against a possible negative election outcome?
