$HDUP - I was in OPTI and would scan and compare the multiple "Amended" filings of Quarterly's - one had a phone number change (2 digits were reversed), another had a change in the Shareholder value because from the submission date to the approval date the share price changed.
it took 6 weeks for the initial response and another 3 or 4 weeks for resolution. This is a list of filings and includes all the "Amendments" for OPTI

Look at all the Amended reports, you can download them and then compare documents and it was a LOT of nitpicking going on... I sent notes to the company who were receiving all kinds of complaints similar to this stock and I got one response. We can only focus on what we control.
I don't think the blame is (entirely) with the company, imo.
