The Sixth Circuit wants the parties to confer with a mediator on Wed., Dec. 2, and a copy of the Chief Circuit Mediator’s notice entered yesterday is attached to this e-mail message. Additionally, Howard Cayne and his colleagues at Arnold & Porter entered their appearances in the Sixth Circuit yesterday as counsel to FHFA and Dir. Calabria, and a copy of Mr. Cayne’s appearance form is also attached to this e-mail message.
