Not sure about contracts yet but he does have Government links through his board members

But the message clearly claims "DPLS-Contracts with U.S. Government." So, "not sure about contracts" indicates someone trying to mislead you and other readers. Of course that's not the only misleading post and fits right into the DPLS playbook.
