Wrong chp 7 says it is done. Been non operating company for years. Before that lost big money. They are done. Movie chains are hurting as well. so nothing here to sell anyone.

It is a Chapter 7 liquidation. The value of the assets is minimal, while the amount of liabilities is huge. There is ZERO chance the sale of the assets will satisfy the outstanding liabilities, which is required before the common shareholders can recover anything.

This is DONE. The common stock is worthless, and will be cancelled. Anyone holding HMNY shares will lose 100% of their investment.
