That was huge news for the Trust. Whatever the tender offer was ..UCC has agreed. A 50% hair cut is 12.50 a Trust. ,but this is most likely a 20%
tender offer which is common in BK . Which is still great news from the current level. That would be $5.00 a Trust... Just throwing that out there
