I see your point, but that's not practical for the hourly worker. No worky no money no foody no drinky. Lots of challenges heading our way. Citizens are and will continue to bear the brunt of the civil unrest. It makes perfect sense to me, why stay home if there is no electricity, running water, food or drink in the fridge. One must head out the streets to "acquire" daily needs. Sad but true.
