It won't update the P and L simply because the ask states 50. Whatever price you sell at though it will obviously then reflect it when its sold. These are the kinda stocks you can make a good chunk of money on because its so thinly traded. No broker is gonna tell you to hold a stock like that just because they only do safe trades. Higher risk higher reward.

Does not matter what price TD marks, called them earlier about this issue they told me for now they are not setting seci price above "ask" TD price has nothing to do with what you can sell the stock for it is up to the market. Been with TD for many many years they have never ever advised me weather to buy or sell. Give me the name of the agent whom told you to sell, because I am calling BULL$HIT that they told you to sell!! (my one post of the day)
