I won't argue with you about your experience/experiences; however I have never attempted to contact the company in the past, but on 10/30/2020 at 11:07 a.m., I sent an email. At 11:48 a.m. on 10/30/2020, I received a response.

Thanks for sharing your experience with company. Not sure how you run legitimate business with out answering phones or emails. No wonder they could not sell the pump or any thing else. Scam or incompetent? Just my humble opinion
