I for one would be ok with them completing their trial. If necessary to prove effectiveness and assures successful outcomes with BLA submission, take as long as they need. I follow this company and am invested because I think they have a good pipeline with many chances for success!

Finish the trial is a good option, but FDA can give a conditional
approval first and ask ATNM to finish the trial to have the full
data for full approval, 100% success rate for BMT engraftment is
very strong efficacy for FDA to pass, IMO.
