So. According to the last line. Any acquisitions after August 2020 were more than likely arranged by Maxim. Then there is still 2.5% shares going to Maxim plus 2.49% upon uplisting to a major exchange. Plus a five year warrant for 8%. Plus a two year non dilutive arrangement. The initial agreement is only valid for 6 months. This 6 months no matter what angle is to see if Maxim can get investors on board obviously. If the acquisitions were arranged by Maxim then Maxim dove in immediately and is going after the total 12.99% ownership of the company after the five year warrant comes due. Either way it looks like we have an investor on board long term.
