I would think so...price is too low, and covid 'protection' is probably done. The only way they made qb was by 'assets', which consist of uncollected receivables.
If not tomorrow, soon...unless something major changes. You can't have a multi-billion OS and be in trips and expect to do a 10+ bagger overnight.

The only reason I would care is because OTCQB requires the 10-K audit - Many companies stop the audits when they lose OTCQB status
