Maine. I saw it also. I thought, like you, that it was a bad print. It did turn out to be an omen. The question is, if we see that again, do we act on it? Hhmm. got to think about that one <G>

i've seen similar - cases where the bad print wasn't an obvious 'typo' like $1 off (esp on pmcs, earlier in this rally).

Which stocks are you talking about? Small cap, I assume? FWIW, I too have noticed unbelievably blatant manipulation with some small cap stocks recently. Frustrating when you're on the wrong side, but, at times, you can play it to your advantage ;-)
