The only fact we can see is the filings of MJLink being spun out. No recent press or anything. Maybe 10-q due in a few weeks will shed light on intentions.
I think it is reasonable speculation that a RM is in play and if so one could reason any entity seeking public markets would want established in time to kick off 2021 year especially if either presidential candidate looks to cannibas/hemp industries to help spurn economic growth.
