Steve, personally I don't think it puts a cap on the ABL, I think the spirit of of the Agreement would be that 50% of the ABL would be put towards squaring up the debt they hold including all accrued interest and such, so once this is fulfilled, there is no reason that the ABL could not be used 100% for S7 business needs imo
