I believe you mean counsel and I somewhat agree but not really. They will ask for a continuance and I believe it's 50/50 whether the court grants it unless GDSI upon the meet and confer agrees to a continuance. I really hope GDSI and their counsel vigorously oppose any motion for a continuance.
