How sure are we that Lazar can clean up the share structure so that it favors the investor?
Is there any precedence to show he has done so with previously held shells?
Is there anything in the public domain that indicates that the share structure is being addressed?
Or is this just an issue that some here assume is being addressed, without a reverse split as a possibility?
I read here about determining the legitimacy of those seeking claims against certain shares and waiting on that determination, but has that issue been brought up in court and placed in the public domain? Or is it just an assumption by those here?
I'm not trying to shed negativity here -- I'm invested here -- but I am somewhat hesitant to place a further large investment into XMET when the issue of the share structure looms before us.
Are we just assuming things about the share structure issue? Or is there concrete evidence that shows (1) Lazar is addressing it and (2) that the outcome of Lazar's plan will benefit the investor?
Also, it is interesting that the TA verified the O/S as late as October 22. As if in anticipation of, or by discussions with the company of, future business attention as it applies to the TA duties.
