Dmc, do not forget the Judges in all of these Bk cases are automatically conflicted. This because they are always trying to increase their business of Bk business in their jurisdiction so they basically give the farm away with some far more egregious than others and should be held accountable!
We shall soon see. The question I have is why in the world did this Judge give the EC a foot-in-the-door when he could have just denied from the get-go and one of these issues would be in the forefront?
