The PPS started the year above $0.50 and a rebound to $0.50 is not out of the question.

Why was it above 0.50? After a RS, and then it tanked and tanked and tanked. HELLO? What is the price now and how has the company explained why the stock tanks from 0.50 to NOTHING?

There ain't no way it'll see 0.50 again until another RS. I'd hardly call that a rebound.
