VIP deal is only overdue 1 week. HDUP updateds next week imho. We just @ the begining from a big time. Sounds and chart don't could looks even better. The dip shares yesterday / today perfect cool off setting before next step going above $0.2.wave dip wave dip...... HDUP very constantly up trend. Like this

This is what they said in the last news announcement:

"Compliance requirements have created the need for HeadsUp to restructure its plan to acquire offshore operating assets including VIP Entertainment and replace it with a revenue sharing marketing agreement which has been completed with a "go to market" digital campaign that is beginning this week."

I read this as the VIP deal is no longer happening and the company is moving in another direction "different strategy".
