Wow, a third filing today. This one is useful because it lets us calculate the current o/s:

plus:

As of the date of this Statement, PXP owns 674,999,986 shares of Common Stock.

equals: Current O/S here is approximately 861,189,061. This is essentially consistent with the s/s posted on otcmarkets, which is good to know.

If we assume no other insider shares, then, the highest the float here can be is ~186 million. Probably much less.
