I guess you dont know that results from a clinical trial

using cell in box to treat pancreatic cancer will be known in about 3 months or so after start of trial...

Wrong. That's not the way it works.

First forget about the Phase 2b. Start with a Phase 1. Assume it requires 10 patients in the test arm. With the endpt being the same as what was applied for in the IND on Hold. That being median Progression Free Survival (PFS). Which in turn means the CT doesn't complete until 5 out of the 10 have disease progression. If the median PFS survival is hit in 3 months, then one has a failed CT. Want to try for OS or overall survival. Then again, you want that to last beyond at least 7 months or 1+ yrs. The longer the better.

Then there is the problem of enrollment. PC CTs do not have swarms of patients waiting to get into them. The unproven Kenny Wonder Treatment might not get full enrollment of a 10 patient test arm for a couple of years. There are plenty of other late stage PC CTs with good prior data, and they are struggling to find patients. There won't be 10 patients waiting at the door on day 1. The Kenny Wonder Treatment will be lucky to get a taker in the first 6-8 months.

Kenny can yap all he wants about nonsensical 6 month hard stops, or imply shorter times. But that's not reality.

if they are very good results big pharma will jump on this technology

No big pharma will jump on an antiquated 20 yr chemo treatment, likely to fail.
