I thought could short Q’s as they are trading but once POR kicks in no shorting for 30 days if I read correctly...

It was posted that Auctus stated they wouldn't do a reverse split - I posted that you can't do a reverse while in Bankruptcy - you can't file any Corporate Action Request with FINRA while in Bankruptcy.

If you have a open short position when a company is delisted or files for bankruptcy - it is fantastic because you don't have to repay the stock you borrowed to short.

No one shorts true penny stocks - it isn't economically feasible - it would be foolish to short a stock at $0.04 - this is why most OTCM investors don't understand the mechanics of shorting.

You need to understand the difference between short volume and short interest. What a margin account is and what the margin maintenance fees are - what the trade cycle is - and most importantly the $2.50 rule.

No one is shorting BRTXQ - but that nonsense is posted on every OTCM scam board.
