Pfms... fwiw.... share structure still being

updated on a frequent basis on OTCMarkets...

before the filings came out... SS was updated

practically every day and that was a solid hint

that filings were coming and they did....

so, why is PFMS SS still being updated every

2 /3 days on otc markets ?!?!
