I am not rivaling Mr. Starrs. Read the order. It is an A. It's not an A plus. The court should not have allowed them to produce witnesses and evidence regarding damages. However, that is the court's rising. To insinuate otherwise is not accurate. In fact, today's trading says I'm right. The stock traded less than $60,000 in total volume when the sought after damages is over $150,000,000. Finally, GDSI opposed the motion to produce evidence at the evidentiary hearing. They lost that motion. Period.
