I don't think bush will sign anything, why would he? But, our next President will. Eventually we will have to conform to the same standards that our competitors do if we hope to have any place in the foreign market, with regard to emissions, among other hot spots.
I think the whole world will embrace a new leader in the U.S. That's my nice version of the current situation we have been dealing with since George Bush jr. came into office. Democracy? The people didn't elect him. A government for the people, by the people elected Al Gore. Foreign money bought this b.s. presidency, and a dirty governor.
For 2007, I hope that somebody who holds the reigns is forward looking, otherwise our future, and our children's future is looking very scary.
