Seems like the "insider buy" was just a way to do damage control at this point. No other insiders buying and no additional buys by Anshu at this "grossly undervalued" prices. Watch a new note pop up too - wouldn't surprise me given how they operate.
I can see it now: "An opportunity presented itself that we just couldn't pass up so this new source of funding will allow us to take things to the next level and will continue to build shareholder value."
