That's usually all laid out in the filing that's submitted. I think PMCB will be putting out some news next week. The thing is. We don't know if it's going to be a submission of information to answer questions or are they just going to give up.

What timing is suspicious? The FDA placed the IND on Hold in the prescribed 30 day window. They have likely already mailed the reasons for the Hold, also within a 30 day window. There is no intrigue or suspicion to it.

and I think FDA can also question the brochures and qualifications of the clinical investigators...

Brochures??? Thought Hidalgo, and then Jose had that client consent form down pat? The Hold is more than about a few brochures.

No, replacing Gunzburg as CSO, who had no experience in overseeing a CT, with Crabtree who has no experience isn't suspicious. But rather normal for PMCB.
