Sam, I do not get involved in investment advise.

I am an investor, not a day trader or flipper.

Additionally, I am a chartist, and do not really get into financials and management contracts with a company.

(IMO), "The boss" apparently made the $7 mil last year because it was in his contract agreement. Take a look at last years performance. That might help in understanding why the individual received that amount.

Also, I did see that the company has and is in a "Buy Back" mode to which BTU has repurchased over $100 million worth of shares of a commitment of a total $250 million shares on a fast track mission.

103% of outstanding shares (97%) are held by institutions, with around 100 million shares outstanding and 67 million shares in float.

It is claimed that, it could be seen as undervalued. This opinion means nothing to me. I do know that when a stock is repurchased, it should get retired, and should move the remaining per share value upward.

Again, I am a chartist, I could care less about touting, hyping (good or bad) to make my investments. (IMO),That is how one gets, whipsawed).

I chart the stocks movement and take notes over time about what has been claimed and it's long term movements.

I really do not pay too much attention to earnings, or watch a stocks news, other than comparing them to the movement of the stocks long term stock movement(s).

In most cases, To me the company name and it's products are not that important either, just the long term chart.

All in my opinion(s), of course.
