Chas, anything is possible. If you are concerned you can wait until the news comes out and then buy. There will be plenty of time to make great money after the news. Risk is a component of any investment. Many of us have chosen to accept the risk with LLBO and have lived with the consequences for many years. Again anything is possible including a positive outcome. Just my two cents.
