So to allay everyone's ongoing concerns:
When someone pays for a PACER account, there are different subscription options available. If you just want the basic information, that will be a monthly/yearly fee. If you desire the detailed version, then it is more expensive. The third option, allows all of the aforementioned, and you can download/print the entire document. Each of the aforementioned comes with varying time limits and increasing fees.
If one, was to say, that someone was admitted to the bar, it might behoove one to have and maintain a PREMIUM PACER account, say to perform one's jobs.
Predicated on that, one might be in a position to understand that these types of things happen all of the time, whereupon the clerk of the court, most of which are not rocket scientists, input the paperwork to Pacer and make myriad mistakes. Compounded by the fact, that say one of these aforementioned public servants is in a hurry to go to lunch and inputs an incomplete document, and then becomes cognizant of the mistake, and takes it back down, and then proceeds to lunch. This kind of stuff happens all of the time.
